Barbara has worked in fitness industry for 25 years specializing in the more senior crowd. She has taught classes in the community and for the hospital including Pilates, exercise for cancer survivors and for those recovering from cardiac and pulmonary issues.
She also worked as a certified personal trainer (NASM) for local gym for 15 years and taught a class geared towards keeping older folks independent through exercise.
