Moving for Better Balance

 Moving for Better Balance is an evidence-based fall prevention program designed for older adults at risk of falling and people with balance disorders.

Although its origin can be traced to the contemporary simplified Tai Ji Quan routine, TJQMBB addresses common, but potentially debilitating, functional impairments. This unique training approach is the culmination of a systematic series of studies to improve efficacy, utility, and clinical relevance.
